Now Hiring Part-Time School Bus Drivers for Shawnee, KS

As a First Student Part-Time School Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in your community, ensuring students' safety during their daily commute. No prior bus driving experience is necessary; we provide industry-leading training to help you succeed.

Your day will include:

• A split shift with early morning pickup and afternoon drop-off, with free hours in between
• A guaranteed 4-hour shift per school day, with no night or weekend work unless desired
• Additional hours through trips and charters when available
• Starting wage of $22/hour, based on experience
• $2,000 sign-on bonus
• Benefits including Medical, Dental, & Vision, plus 401k (benefits may vary by location)
• Paid holidays
• Paid CDL training available
