DS Bus Lines Inc. is hiring Part-time School Bus Drivers. Fully credentialed drivers with a CDL, Passenger, and School Bus Endorsements are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus!

Are you tired of working nights, weekends, holidays, and irregular schedules? This could be the opportunity you've been looking for! We are currently hiring Bus Drivers and Driver Trainees to join our team at DS Bus in Belton.

Ideal candidates will live in the Belton area, enjoy working with children, and can pass a drug test and background check. We offer in-house CDL training for those without a CDL.

Responsibilities:

1. Transport clients to and from destinations.
2. Arrive on schedule.
3. Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups.
4. Research traffic, construction, and weather delays.
5. Use navigation apps for optimal routing.
6. Interact professionally with clients.
7. Ensure vehicle is fueled and ready.
8. Arrange vehicle repairs as needed.
9. Keep mileage and repair records up to date.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Sign-on bonus eligibility requires working both AM and PM routes, maintaining good standing, and meeting all route requirements. The bonus is paid in two installments: 50% after 60 days, and 50% after 120 days on route.
