Job summary

Minnesota Coaches LLC is seeking a Special Education Bus Driver (CDL) to transport children and individuals with special needs safely and reliably. As a Route Driver you will operate a school bus along designated routes, perform pre-trip inspections, assist passengers during boarding, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in school bus driving preferred, but not necessary.
• Basic mechanical understanding to perform pre-trip inspections.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to write reports and maintain accurate records.
• Previous experience in childcare or working with children is an advantage.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
