We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to oversee the coordination of bus routes, drivers, and schedules. Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign bus routes to ensure timely student transportation.
• Make driver substitutions as necessary. Ensure substitutes are instructed on routes and are given complete route information.
• Monitor radio communications and provide real-time support to drivers.
• Adjust schedules and routes in response to traffic conditions, weather, or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of driver assignments and route changes.
• Assist with preparing payroll.
• Respond to inquiries from parents, school officials, and transportation staff regarding schedules and delays.
