Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students with diverse needs
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure effective behavior management strategies
Provide training, coaching, and support to school personnel on ABA techniques
Maintain detailed documentation of interventions, progress, and compliance requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in behavior analysis, special education, or psychology
BCBA license required
Minimum 1 year experience as a Behavior Analyst
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle diverse student needs
