Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking a BCBA to lead individualized ABA programs and supervise RBTs in a hybrid work environment in Connecticut. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve client success.

Requirements include BCBA certification, CT LBA licensure, and a Master’s in ABA or related field. Strong leadership and a passion for meaningful impact are essential, with opportunities for professional development and research involvement.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• CT LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with early learning curricular scope and sequence.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Experience with parent training and communicating ABA importance.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $80 - $125/hr.
• Full-Time: 25-28 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Location: New London county, CT

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Current CT LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
• Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
