• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and student privacy (FERPA) is required.
• Basic data collection and reporting skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track student behaviors using SST data and district tools.
• Provide non-clinical behavioral support and assist with de-escalation.
• Support students during transitions and in various school areas (hallways, lunch, assemblies).
• Follow de-escalation protocols and report concerns to supervisors.
