Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, behavioral psychology, special education, or closely related field.
• BCBA and LBA credentials preferred.
• Two to three years’ behavior assessment and management experience with children and autism.
• Experience with data collection and Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete functional behavioral assessments and behavioral intervention plans for the Autism program.
• Prepare Positive Behavior Support and Management Plans; train staff and revise plans as needed.
• Supervise Assistant Behavior Specialists and Resource Specialists.
• Collaborate with education and treatment teams; support teachers, staff, and families.
• May work independently or under supervision by a licensed professional, depending on credentials.
