Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in social work, counseling, or related field.
• Experience in school-based behavioral health and delivering assessments/training.
• Knowledge of Functional Behavioral Assessment and data-informed interventions.

Responsibilities

• Identify social, emotional, and mental health needs in collaboration with the core team.
• Build capacity of school staff to intervene and set boundaries with students.
• Contribute to school-wide behavior management and climate efforts.
• Provide professional development on social emotional learning and trauma-informed practices.
• Support student planning and intervention implementation via Tier 2/3 teams.
• Model interventions and monitor fidelity, data collection, and progress.
