Job summary

Amergis Staffing is seeking Behavior Technicians to support students in a school setting in the South Orange County region during the 2024-2025 and upcoming school year. The role involves supervising students 1:1 or in small groups during school hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30am–4pm, at Costa Mesa and nearby locations including Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, and Los Alamitos.

A minimum of 9 months ABA experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months of ABA experience.
• Experience supervising students in classroom settings.
• Ability to manage behaviors including aggressive behaviors.
• Available Monday–Friday during school hours (7:30am–4pm).
• Location in Costa Mesa with nearby sites (Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Los Alamitos).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students.
• Assist with homework and classwork.
• Support behavior management and safety.
