Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Program Supervisor for School Based Services to oversee the Trenton SBYSP and supervise Oaks staff hired through a subcontractor. You will provide individual and group counseling to youth and supervise staff, coordinating with school personnel and community resources.

This full-time on-site role requires a Master’s Degree in SW/Psychology, LSW/LAC, and at least two years’ experience with at-risk youth; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• LSW/LAC required; LCSW/LPC preferred.
• Two years of experience working with at-risk youth.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the SBYSP and programming for subcontracted staff in Trenton SBYSP.
• Provide individual and group counseling to youth as needed.
• Provide individual supervision to all staff.
• Facilitate regularly scheduled staff meetings.
• Act as liaison to Trenton City School personnel.
• Outreach and maintain relationships with community resources.
• Complete and submit reports required by Oaks and the State of New Jersey.
