Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care seeks a Program Supervisor for School Based Services to oversee operations in the Trenton SBYSP and supervise staff. You will provide counseling to youth and coordinate with schools and community partners.

Qualifications

• Two years experience working with at‑risk youth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the SBYSP and Oaks staff managed via subcontract for the Trenton SBYSP.
• Provide individual and group counseling to youth as needed.
• Provide individual supervision to all staff.
• Facilitate regularly scheduled staff meetings.
• Act as liaison to Trenton City School personnel.
• Outreach and maintain relationships with community resources.
• Submit reports and budget/contract documents on time.
• Attend Oaks meetings as required and pursue grant funding for programs.

As the Program Supervisor, you will work with youth in the Trenton school district located in Trenton, Mercer County NJ.

Pay: $66,000/year.

Demonstrate knowledge of child and family development stages; Ability to assess and provide clinically indicated treatment; Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; Provide triage as necessary; Ability to manage budgets; Ability to provide supervision to staff; Ability to collaborate with school and community members; Ability to develop and oversee implementation of programming to meet school needs.

Responsibilities:

• Complete and submit all reports required by Oaks and the State of New Jersey in a timely fashion
• Complete and submit all budget and contract documents required by Oaks and the State of New Jersey in a timely fashion

• Actively seek and secure additional grant funding for special programs within SBYSP
• Provide mediation for youth and school faculty
• Facilitate and/or participate in meetings with staff, school and community as needed or scheduled
• Attend trainings as directed or required
