Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care seeks a Program Supervisor for School Based Services to oversee operations in the Trenton SBYSP and supervise staff. You will provide counseling to youth and coordinate with schools and community partners.

The role requires a Master's in Social Work or related field, LSW/LAC, and 2+ years with at‑risk youth; driving is required. This on‑site position offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related field.
• LSW/LAC required; LCSW/LPC preferred.
• Two years experience working with at‑risk youth.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the SBYSP and Oaks staff managed via subcontract for the Trenton SBYSP.
• Provide individual and group counseling to youth as needed.
• Provide individual supervision to all staff.
• Facilitate regularly scheduled staff meetings.
• Act as liaison to Trenton City School personnel.
• Outreach and maintain relationships with community resources.
• Submit reports and budget/contract documents on time.
• Attend Oaks meetings as required and pursue grant funding for programs.
