Job summary

AWARE Inc. in Darby, MT is seeking a full-time Treatment Service Specialist. Starting wage: $21.00–$26.08 per hour.

You will provide direct services to children with special needs in the school setting, collaborate with parents, teachers, and school personnel, and help implement individualized plans to support each child's success. Requirements include a BS/BA in a human services field (or equivalent), strong computer literacy and experience with electronic medical records, excellent

Qualifications

BS/BA preferred in a Human Services field or equivalent based on experience.
Requires computer literacy and ability to use performance-based software and an EMR system.
Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication; ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

Provide direct services to children with special needs in the school setting.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school personnel to develop and implement individualized plans.
Communicate behavioral and emotional observations to the treatment team and participate in team meetings.
Utilize a wrap-around approach to support school and home success for the child.
Help youth develop coping, social, independent living, mediation, and problem-solving skills.
