Job summary

AWARE Inc. in Stevensville, MT is seeking a Treatment Service Specialist to start at $21.00–$26.08 per hour.

This full-time role supports children with special needs in school settings and collaborates with parents, teachers, and other school personnel to implement individualized plans. You will document observations, participate in team meetings, and use wrap-around approaches to help the child succeed at home and school.

Qualifications

• Requires computer literacy to navigate and record in software and EMR systems.
• Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to work as a team member.
• Past employment or volunteer experience can support equivalency for education.
• High School Diploma or HSE required; Montana driver’s license may be needed.
• Background checks required (criminal and protective services).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to children with special needs in school settings.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers and school staff to develop and implement plans.
• Communicate behavioral observations to the treatment team and attend team meetings.
• Use wrap-around approach to support child in school and home environments.
• Help youth develop coping, social, and independent living skills.
