Qualifications

• BS/BA in a human services-related field preferred or equivalent documented experience.
• Requires basic computer skills and ability to use performance-based software and EMR systems.
• Strong oral and written communication, teamwork, and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to children with special needs in the school setting.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school personnel to develop and implement individualized plans.
• Communicate behavioral and emotional observations to the treatment team and participate in team meetings.
• Utilize a wrap-around approach to support the child's success at school and home.
• Help youth develop coping, social, and independent living skills.
