Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy to students during the school day.
• Manage a clinical caseload in accordance with agency guidelines.
• Support academic success through prevention and early-intervention services.
• Develop treatment plans with school staff and families.
• Respond to crisis situations and provide timely emotional support.
• Coordinate referrals to internal and external resources.
• Conduct clinical assessments and evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as liaison between students, families, and school partners.
