Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a licensed-qualified therapist to provide school-based mental health services, delivering intake assessments, diagnoses, and ongoing therapy with careful case management. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, documentation, and collaborative care with school staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and is license-eligible, with practicum experience and strong experience in treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in listed behavioral health fields.
• License-eligible in discipline preferred.
• Clinical practicum/internship experience in behavioral health setting.
• Experience with clinical treatment planning and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to clients in a school setting.
• Formulate a diagnosis after intake assessment.
• Create and update treatment plans per policy.
• Provide therapy based on assessment of clinical needs and diagnosis.
• Respond to supervisory communication including urgent care situations in person or virtually.
• Maintain timely, professional communication with clients and supervisor.
