Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking a School Based Therapist to provide comprehensive mental health services within a middle school setting in Mendota Heights, MN. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and support students while collaborating with school staff and families.

Requirements include a Master’s in behavioral sciences, MN licensure progress (LMFT/LPCC/LICSW/LP), and at least 1 year of experience with children/adolescents, plus proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for MN LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Coordinate services with families, school staff, and external agencies.
• Provide consultation to parents and school staff and attend school/IEP meetings.
