Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health is hiring a School Based Therapist to support students in High School and K-12 settings. The role splits time between McKinley Area Learning Center and Katherine Johnson Education Center, with in-person work and a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Clinician licensure or licensure track for MN: LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children and adolescents (including internship/practicum).
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Sagent staff, and school staff as needed.
• Provide consultation to parents and school staff.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.

As a School Based Therapist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to students within a High School and K-12 setting including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing support. You will also collaborate with school staff, parents, and external agencies to create a supportive environment that fosters student's well-being and academic success.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for:
  • MN: LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes with the ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with children and adolescents, which may include internship, practicum, or supervised clinical experience.
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.

Compensation: We offer pay options to meet your professional and financial goals!

Rate Based Pay Model:

• Licensed: $ 68,000 – 75,000
• Pre-licensed: $ 50,000 – 55,000
