Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking a School Based Therapist to provide comprehensive mental health services within a middle school setting in Mendota Heights, MN. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and support students while collaborating with school staff and families.
Requirements include a Master’s in behavioral sciences, MN licensure progress (LMFT/LPCC/LICSW/LP), and at least 1 year of experience with children/adolescents, plus proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems.

As a School Based Therapist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to students within a Middle school setting including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing support.
