Job summary

Range Mental Health Center, Inc. seeks a School Based Therapist to deliver evaluations, treatment planning, and psychotherapy in school settings. You will work closely with school staff, families, and behavioral health colleagues to support progress toward treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, Psychology or related behavioral sciences.
• Must be licensed or on track to be licensed as a Behavioral Health Professional in MN.
• Experience delivering behavioral health services to children and families.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluations for children and adolescents.
• Develop integrated individualized treatment plans with families and other service providers.
• Review and update treatment plans every 180 days.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to children and their families.
• Respond to and provide crisis assistance as needed.
• Document in the RMHC electronic health record per standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Provide information and in-service training to school staff.
