Job summary

HelloHero in Wilmington, Ohio, seeks an on-site therapist to support students and families with in-person and virtual services during school hours. You will provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and coordinated care with school staff, delivering services aligned to student schedules.

Active Ohio licensure is required; a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or MFT is preferred. This full-time W2 role offers a comprehensive compensation package and structured onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care, emotional regulation, and school-based mental health.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy, group sessions, and crisis intervention.
• Conduct mental health assessments and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including school staff and outside providers.
• Deliver services to students and families; ensure proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services during standard school hours and via virtual services.
• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation within HelloHero’s EMR.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and insurance billing requirements.
