Job summary

HelloHero in Wilmington, Ohio, seeks an on-site therapist to support students and families with in-person and virtual services during school hours. You will provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and coordinated care with school staff, delivering services aligned to student schedules.

Active Ohio licensure is required; a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or MFT is preferred. This full-time W2 role offers a comprehensive compensation package and structured onboarding.

This is an on-campus Therapist role supporting students and their families. You’ll be supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support. The services will be provided in-person and virtually based on patient need.

Total Compensation Package

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package designed to support both your professional growth and overall well-being. Depending on qualifications, schedule, and benefit elections, the overall value of this position may be approximately $70,000 - $96,100 annually, including base compensation and employer-provided benefits. Easily achievable bonus structure with weekly payouts up to $10,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling

• Services are delivered during standard school hours (typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
