Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc. (FREE) is hiring a Pre-Licensed Therapist to support students in a school-based setting in Brentwood, NY.

This part-time role offers hands-on experience under supervision of licensed professionals. What You'll Do: Provide individual, family, and group counseling using evidence-based practices; conduct assessments; develop treat plans; lead therapy groups; coordinate with schools and families; maintain documentation.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a human services field.
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with behavioral health diagnoses.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must obtain LMHC or LMSW licensure within 6 months of hire.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.

Mansioni

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling to students using evidence-based practices.
• Perform assessments and help develop Initial Treatment Plans, Relapse Prevention Plans, and Support Plans.
• Lead therapy groups and offer individualized supportive counseling.
• Participate in team meetings and coordinate care with schools and families.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Work under the supervision and license of a FREE clinical professional.
