Chestnut Ridge Counseling Services is seeking a School-Based Outpatient Therapist to support Fayette County School students. You will deliver individual, family, and group therapy within a school setting, promoting emotional wellness and academic success.

This role emphasizes accessible care, collaboration with educators, and professional growth. You will complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and document diligently while ensuring student safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related mental/behavioral health field.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy in a school-based outpatient setting.
• Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Assist students in building coping skills, emotional regulation, and resiliency.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when needed.
• Participate in treatment planning, supervision, and professional development.
