Job summary

Kintegra Health is seeking a School-Based Therapist (LCSW, LCMHC or LMFT) to join a multidisciplinary team in a school-based setting in Shelby, NC. The role focuses on behavioral health screening, brief interventions, education, and referrals for students and families.

Under supervision of the Director of School Behavioral Health, you will collaborate with school staff to implement care plans, coordinate resources, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Minimum experience and/or exposure to working within a school setting.
• Licensure: LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT (A)
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health, substance abuse screening, brief intervention, education, and referrals for students/families.
• Work with school administrators and teachers to support student care and program effectiveness.
• Develop and implement behavioral health and chronic disease management plans.
• Complete timely documentation related to patient treatment and organizational operations.
• Maintain licensure and engage in continuing education.
