Job summary

Kintegra Health in Morganton, NC is seeking a School Behaviorist (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) to join our multidisciplinary team within a school-based health program. This role focuses on behavioral health, substance use screening, and care coordination for students and families.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Social Work or related field and licensure (LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT). A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for fully licensed candidates and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Minimum experience and/or exposure to working within a school setting.
• Professional licensure: LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT (A).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based assessment, intervention, and referral services for students and families.
• Collaborate with school administrators, social workers, and teachers to support care plans.
• Develop and implement behavioral health and chronic disease management plans of care.
• Document all patient treatment and related operations in a timely manner.
• Engage in ongoing education to maintain licensure and professional competence.
