Kintegra Health is hiring a School Behavioral Health LCSW/LCSW-A in Statesville, NC. The clinician will work within a multidisciplinary school-based team to provide holistic behavioral health services to students, families, and school staff.

The role involves screening, brief intervention, treatment planning, and coordination with administrators and teachers to support student well-being and success in the school setting.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Minimum experience and/or exposure to working within a school, supporting student population.
• LCSW, LCSW-A licensure.
• CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provides behavioral health, and substance abuse screening, brief intervention, education, and referral services for students in a school-based setting.
• Develops and implements behavioral health and chronic disease management plans.
• Creates treatment plans and coordinates care with school administrators, social workers, and teaching staff.
• Completes required documentation related to patient treatment and services.
• Engages in ongoing assessment to improve primary care/behavioral health integration strategies.
