Job summary

Kintegra Health in Rutherfordton, NC is seeking a School Behaviorist (LCSW, LCMHC or LMFT) to join Rutherford County Schools. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary school-based treatment team to provide holistic behavioral health care for students.

Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field and professional licensure. Experience in schools is preferred. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Experience in or exposure to working within a school setting.
• Licensed: LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT (A). CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health, screening, brief intervention and referral services in a school setting.
• Consult with school administrators, social workers and teachers to meet student needs.
• Develop and implement behavioral health and chronic disease management plans.
• Ensure documentation and follow-up in coordination with the school system team.
