Job summary

Intermountain Deaconess Children’s Services is hiring a School Based Therapist in Bozeman, MT. The role involves delivering individual, family and group psychotherapy within a school-based setting and collaborating with behavioral health staff across the organization.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in counseling or social work, is licensed or licensure-eligible (LCPC/LCSW) in Montana, and has experience with both adults and children.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in counseling, social work, or psychology.
• Licensed or licensure candidate by Montana Board of Behavioral Health (LCPC/LCSW).
• Two years’ experience with adults and children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, review, and conduct individual, conjoint, and family psychotherapy.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate therapeutic groups; provide in-service trainings.
• Supervise approved graduate interns and develop leadership skills for licensed therapists.

Skills

Licensed counselor (LCPC/LCSW)
