Job summary

Intermountain Deaconess Children's Services seeks a School Based Therapist to join our Bozeman team. This full-time role delivers individual, family, and group psychotherapy to children and families in a supportive clinical setting.

Qualified candidates hold a 60-credit Master's degree and Montana licensure (LCPC or LCSW) or licensure candidacy, plus 2 years of relevant experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 60 credits from an accredited university.
• Licensed or Licensure Candidate licensed by Montana Board of Behavioral Health (LCPC or LCSW).
• Two years’ experience with adults and children preferred.
• Training in attachment theory and trauma-informed care.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy for children and families.
• Conduct conjoint and family sessions as part of treatment.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate therapy groups and trainings.
• Collaborate with behavioral health staff to develop caseloads.
• Mentor graduate-level interns and support clinical supervision.
