Job summary

OhioGuidestone in Cleveland, OH seeks a licensed therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, therapy and care coordination for adults, adolescents and families. Services may be delivered via telehealth or in-office settings, depending on client needs.

The role supports treatment planning, progress notes, and collaboration with the clinical team, with a focus on culturally responsive care and community resources.

Qualifications

• LSW/LPC/MFT licensure required or pursuing licensure in Ohio.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred for advanced practice.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning and psychotherapy is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group counseling to a diverse caseload.
• Develop and review Treatment Plans after first encounter and at ongoing progress notes.
• Build therapeutic relationships with clients and caregivers to support goals.
• Respond to mental health emergencies and coordinate with community resources.
• Deliver CPST, SUD Targeted Case Management or TBS as needed.
• Attend supervision and maintain required licenses; document accurately.
