Job summary

Health Connect America in Georgia seeks a licensed-eligible Therapist to deliver high-quality behavioral health services in homes, schools, and communities. You will assess, plan, and treat individuals and families, collaborating with schools and providers to drive meaningful change.

You’ll provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices, with a focus on trauma-informed care and culturally responsive approaches.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field is required.
• Minimum of two years' experience with children and/or families, including internships.
• Eligible for Georgia licensure (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments using evidence-based tools to identify client needs and develop treatment recommendations.
• Create treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to each client’s strengths and circumstances.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral health concerns.
• Maintain engagement with clients and families, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed for positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, schools, healthcare providers, and community resources for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, referrals, and maintain documentation per standards.
