Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program seeks a full-time Therapist for its STAR School Based Team in Cleveland, Ohio. You will provide individual, group, and family mental health services, and coordinate case management to support youth toward safe, community-based living.

You’ll complete documentation, meet productivity targets, and collaborate with foster families, schools, and partners. A Master’s in Social Work and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred, with a valid driver’s license and reliable

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field.
• Minimum 2 years of direct service with youth and families preferred.
• Valid advanced professional license as required by state regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and good driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible/non-traditional hours.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Proficient use of computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family mental health services.
• Coordinate case management and transportation as needed.
• Complete required documentation promptly.
• Maintain productivity thresholds.
• Develop and monitor youth/family service plans in the community.
• Build relationships with foster parents and families.
• Assist in family reunification where appropriate.
• Deliver safety assessments and crisis response.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement and weekly supervision.
