Job summary

Centerstone in Centerville, TN is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide therapy to students in a school setting. You will use clinical assessment to guide treatment and maintain good clinical judgment, with emphasis on timely documentation and treatment planning.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and license eligibility. Prior clinical practicum or internship experience is valued, with starting salary between $42,300 and $46,700 and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, MH Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or MH Counseling specialization.
• License-eligible in respective discipline preferred.
• Clinical experience is required and may be fulfilled through practicum or internship as part of a master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to clients in a school setting with good clinical judgement.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Create and update treatment plans according to policy.
• Provide therapy services based on assessment of clinical needs and diagnosis.
• Respond to supervisory communication in virtual or face-to-face settings.
• Keep administrative supervisor informed of potential issues.
• Respond to client needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Demonstrate good clinical judgment in client care.
