Job summary

Centerstone is hiring a School-Based Therapist to provide therapy to students in a Putnam County school setting. The role requires strong clinical judgment and the ability to work within school-based systems. Licensing eligibility is preferred; clinical internship/ practicum experience is noted.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, MH Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or MH Counseling; or 24 graduate hours in psychology, social work, counseling, or related behavioral health coursework.

Responsibilities

• Formulate a diagnosis upon intake assessment.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Create and update treatment plans per policy.
• Provide therapy based on assessment and diagnosis.
• Respond to supervisory communications in virtual or face-to-face settings.
• Keep supervisor informed of issues impacting the program or organization.
