Job summary

Centerstone is hiring a School-Based Therapist to provide therapy to students within the Putnam County Schools setting. Requires a Master’s degree in clinical psychology, MH counseling, social work, or MFT, with license eligibility preferred.

Clinical experience and the ability to work in school-based contexts are essential. Includes comprehensive benefits and a focus on delivering high-quality behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Clinical Psychology, MH Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or MH Counseling specialization.
• License-eligible in respective discipline preferred.
• If Master’s in a related field, must meet 24 graduate-level hours in psychology/social work/counseling with relevant coursework and practicum experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to clients in a school setting.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Create and update treatment plans according to policy.
• Provide therapy services based on assessment of clinical needs and diagnosis.
• Respond to supervisory communication including urgent care situations in virtual or face-to-face settings.
• Maintain communication with administrative supervisor regarding program needs.
• Respond to client needs promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrate good clinical judgment in client care.
