Job summary

Brightli seeks a dedicated School Based Therapist 2 in Springfield, MO to deliver behavioral health services in school settings. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with school staff and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
• Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure in applicable state
• Experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment services
• Experience conducting assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Telehealth delivery capability

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, group, and therapeutic counseling to students based on treatment goals and clinical needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, screenings, and diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate interventions
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans reflecting progress
• Facilitate group therapy, psychoeducation, and family sessions
• Respond to crisis situations and coordinate emergency interventions as needed
• Collaborate with school personnel, families, and treatment teams to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain timely, accurate, compliant clinical documentation
• Support transitions of care with discharge planning and documentation
