Job summary

Brightli is seeking a School-Based Therapist in Moberly, MO, to deliver individual, family, and group therapy with evidence-based practice. You will conduct assessments, establish treatment plans, and collaborate with teams to support diverse client needs.

New grads are encouraged to apply, with a sign-on bonus and PTO. This role offers a full-time or 10- or 12-month contract in a supportive behavioral health environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Active licensure or license-eligible in state of practice (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Willingness to pursue licensure in additional states as needed.
• Experience with telehealth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to client needs.
• Complete intakes, screenings, and assessments within required timelines.
• Determine and document diagnostic impressions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, assessments, and plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to ensure high-quality care.
