The counselor will provide virtual therapy while coordinating with school staff, families, and healthcare teams to support student mental health. Qualifications include a master's degree in a relevant field and full licensure in Georgia, with at least 2 years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant human services field is required.
• Full licensure in the applicable state is required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience is required.
• CPI and CPR training is required for psychotherapist in inpatient settings.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and evaluate patient care based on identified needs.
• Manage clients in crisis using appropriate therapeutic skills and assessment techniques.
• Write treatment and discharge plans tailored to age and diagnosis.
• Coordinate with guardians and community agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in the medical record.
• Ensure timely, accurate billing information.
• Design and deliver patient education plans.
• Maintain open communication with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.
