Advocate Health is seeking a School Based Counselor to provide virtual therapy to students in grades 5–12, working Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays. The role supports a school-based behavioral health program and offers growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and licensure within 6 months.
• CPI and CPR training completed within 90 days.
• Clinical experience with SMI or substance misuse preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions in the school setting.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and community partners to ensure quality care and timely documentation.
• Provide behavioral health services as part of a multidisciplinary team with psycho-education and individual/family/group therapy.
