Job summary

The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth in Audubon, PA is seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor to provide prevention and counseling services to students in grades 6-12 across multiple districts.

This role uses the Seeking Safety curriculum and requires collaboration with school staff, data tracking, and delivering individual and group sessions within home, school, and community settings. A counseling degree and licensure are required.

The position is full-time and reports to the Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or related field.
• State licensing or certification required.
• Experience in individual and group counseling.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students/clients in individual or group sessions and provide coping techniques.
• Maintain records and treatment plans; collaborate with district staff.
• Coordinate with TLC and school districts; monitor progress and adjust strategies.
