Job summary

The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth is seeking a Licensed School-based Counselor/Social Worker to provide case management and mental health support at the school and in the homes of at-risk students. The role includes consultation with school personnel and liaison work with community agencies.

You will deliver trauma-informed counseling, coordinate resources, and collaborate with families to improve student outcomes. This is a full-time, exempt position based in Audubon, PA.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required, preferably in counseling or social work.
• Licenses: LPC, LSW, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mental health services to students with significant and complex needs as outlined in their IEPs.
• Provide trauma-informed therapy and counseling interventions (group, individual and/or family) for at-risk students.
• Collaborate with program staff to support students’ social-emotional and behavioral needs and complete IEP-related duties.
• Provide home-based services to the families of students who have experienced or are at risk of experiencing trauma.
• Obtain and coordinate community resources to meet students' needs.
• Work with parents to facilitate their support in their children's school adjustment.
