Job summary

The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth is hiring a Licensed School-based Counselor/Social Worker in Pottstown, PA. This full-time role provides school-based mental health services, case management, and consultation to school staff and families.

You will deliver trauma-informed therapy, coordinate with community partners, and support students’ safety and well-being in line with IEPs and school plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required, preferably in counseling or social work.
• Licensure as LPC, LSW, or LCSW required.
• Experience in school-based mental health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and mental health services at the school and in the homes of at-risk students.
• Consult with school personnel, liaison with community agencies, and train staff on trauma-informed approaches.
• Deliver trauma-informed therapy and counseling interventions (group, individual, or family).
• Provide home-based services to families affected by trauma or at risk.
