Job summary

Communities In Schools of Southeast Harris County and Brazoria County seeks a CIS Site Coordinator to oversee day-to-day program operations at the school site. You will partner with principals, faculty, students, and families to deliver CIS services using a trauma-informed approach that emphasizes safety, transparency, and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience working with students and families from diverse backgrounds preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to coordinate services and maintain records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for identified students during the school day and possibly before/after school.
• Interview students/parents to assess needs and determine appropriate support.
• Maintain student records and required reports with deadlines.
• Engage volunteers and collaborate with school staff to implement CIS programs.
• Plan, organize, and implement program design to meet student needs.
