Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Instructional Assistants/Education Technicians for school-based positions to support speech services for the 2026-2027 school year. The rate ranges from $23.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work with students in-person.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• TB clearance.
• COVID vaccination required with exemptions considered.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to students in school during speech appointments.
• Facilitate participation in speech services.
• Collaborate with teachers and SLPs.
• Support students’ educational programs and IEP goals.
• Assist teachers with data collection for progress.
