Job summary

Charm City Therapy in Lanham, MD is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Therapist to support students' communication and academic success within a collaborative school environment. You will evaluate speech and language disorders, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy to students.

The role requires a CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship eligibility, MD licensure or eligibility, and a background in pediatric or school-based services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
• Maryland state licensure or eligibility before start date
• Experience with school-age children in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, IDEA regulations, and special education processes
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
