Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC seeks a qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support speech therapy services in a school setting in San Antonio, Texas.

The ideal candidate will assist with therapy services, student support, documentation, and implementation of speech therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) while supporting student communication and IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Requires Speech-Language Pathology Assistant credential or Texas-required certification.
• Ability to work under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Ability to implement therapy plans and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervising SLP with implementation of students’ speech therapy services.
• Provide speech therapy activities under SLP direction.
• Support students in achieving communication goals identified in IEPs.
• Follow treatment plans and schedules established by the SLP.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
