Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow to support K–12 students in the Greater Sacramento area. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy in a collaborative, clinician-led team.

Active CA SLP license or eligibility is required. CFs are welcome to apply and will benefit from mentorship, competitive pay, relocation assistance, and sign-on bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with a range of communication needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed
